Governed content pipeline · Regulated enterprise · Multi-tenant

One governed pipeline, end to end.

WorkFreq is the content pipeline for regulated enterprise — every asset captured, composed, reviewed, approved, and delivered inside one auditable system, with tenant isolation, rights checks, and AI-disclosure gates enforced in the database rather than promised in a policy document.

Capture → Delivery

Eight stages. One system of record.

Every stage from intake to final delivery — unified, versioned, and auditable — instead of a dozen disconnected tools and a spreadsheet tracking who approved what.

01 · CAPTURE

Capture the moment

Ingest from 1Snap, Welcome Booth, and Magic Mirror activations, or import a back catalog from Box, Drive, or Dropbox — reversible, backdated, metadata-only.

02 · UNDERSTAND

Auto-tag on intake

Assets are perceived and classified by a vision model as they land, so teams find their assets instead of scrolling a folder tree.

03 · COMPOSE

Compose 12 variants

Fan one capture into twelve channel variants for Social, Outdoor, and Owned in a click — each themed to the brand kit, with a template-fit heuristic before publish.

04 · VERSION

Version & lineage

Review-round history with one-click rollback, plus per-asset media lineage — spend, placements, and impressions to source.

05 · REVIEW

Frame-accurate review

Timecode-anchored video comments, side-by-side version compare, and brand approval as a gate — not a suggestion.

06 · SHARE

White-label galleries

Publish token- and PIN-gated guest galleries under the brand — mobile-first, rights-aware, with favorites, QR/SMS share, and zip download.

07 · DELIVER

Export to DAM

Push approved assets to Adobe AEM or a signed webhook — with chain of custody and a rights check on every download. More connectors on request.

08 · MEASURE

Executive insights

Turnaround, velocity, and approval-cycle time, computed from live delivery data — the outcomes leadership reports upward.

Compliance & governance

The part procurement actually reads

Security here is a property of the database, not a paragraph in a policy. Isolation, rights, Article 50 disclosure, and approval are enforced at the delivery doors — and when a check cannot resolve, the delivery is refused rather than allowed.

IsolationRow-level tenant isolationPostgres RLS on every public table, on every request. Cross-tenant access is refused at the database, not filtered in the application.
AI disclosureEU AI Act Article 50 gateEvery asset states how it was created, using one of five C2PA source types; a database trigger refuses to let an undeclared asset reach approved or final delivery. Where that provenance is algorithmic, the database itself computes that a disclosure is owed, and clears it only on an approved record whose declarer and approver are separate, superseding entries. Unknown provenance is treated as blocked, not as clear. Article 50 binds from 2 August 2026.
RightsOne verdict at the delivery doorsEmbargo, licence window, expiry, talent conflict and the Article 50 hold are weighed by a single function — the same one behind the reviewer's screen — so what a reviewer is told and what the door enforces cannot drift apart. The client cannot assert its own compliance.
ApprovalApproval gates on guest galleriesGallery assets are proposed by default and stay invisible until a named approver releases them. Guest tokens resolve against gallery membership, not project status.
IdentityTen canonical roles gated in the databaseTen canonical roles are gated in the database rather than in the interface. Multi-factor authentication is enforced at the application auth layer on every non-guest role — it is a sign-in control, not a database one, and we would rather say so here than have your security review find it. Enterprise SSO federation is on the roadmap — ask us where it stands before you write it into a requirement.
AccountabilityRecorded, not inferredApprovals, stage changes, disclosures and consent are written to append-only event planes by privileged database triggers — never by application code that another writer can bypass. Tenants hold read access only. The consent plane is deliberately built to outlive the rows it describes, so deleting a roster entry cannot erase the record that a consent existed.

Studio · Agency · Brand

Built for multi-agency creative operations

Most content tools assume one company; a real content supply chain spans three. A brand owns the asset, an agency coordinates it, a studio produces it — so WorkFreq models Studio, Agency, and Brand as first-class organization types and keeps marketing asset governance intact across company lines, in one system of record instead of three.

Produces

Studio

Crew, capture, and post. Builds the work and moves it through the pipeline. Cost and margin stay inside the studio and are never exposed to the other two legs.

Coordinates

Agency

Engaged by the brand to run and review the work. Reaches a client's assets only through an explicit collaboration grant — scoped to a single project, revocable when the engagement ends, and carrying no approval right unless one is deliberately handed over.

Owns

Brand

Owns the work, the rights record, and the final say on release. A named brand approver decides when the work reaches a guest gallery or the brand's own asset library.

One company is often two of these at once — a brand on its own campaign, an agency on someone else's. Access resolves from an organization's role on that project rather than from its name, so the same login is scoped correctly in both, and every asset keeps its provenance as it crosses between them.

Built for the whole org

Value for every leader in the room

One platform a marketing lead, an operations lead, and an AI/data lead can each stand behind.

For Brand & Marketing

Ship on-brand, faster

  • On-brand by construction — variants themed to your palette, with a template-fit check before publish.
  • 12 channel variants in one click across Social, Outdoor, and Owned.
  • White-label delivery — guests see the brand, not the tool.
  • Executive proof — turnaround, velocity, and approval metrics to report upward.
For Operations

One governed system of record

  • Consolidate the stack — capture, proofing, review, galleries, DAM push, insights in one pipeline.
  • Role-gated workflows across ten canonical roles, enforced in the database. MFA on every non-guest tier at sign-in.
  • Auditable by default — the delivery doors re-check the one rights verdict and mint a short-lived signed URL, recorded.
  • Multi-tenant at scale — isolation enforced in the database, not just the app.
For AI & Data Governance

Provenance declared, disclosure enforced

  • C2PA provenance per asset — one of five source types, declared before an asset can be approved or delivered. Undeclared is treated as blocked.
  • Article 50 disclosure with separated authority — the declarer is not the approver, approval supersedes rather than edits, and approval authority is a grant with a grantor, a timestamp and a revoke path.
  • Consent and witnessed presence — recorded in an append-only plane that outlives the rows it describes. The document is not copied in, only a digest, so erasure still reaches it. No biometric identification.
  • No agentic capability in this version — nothing publishes, edits or delivers on its own. It is roadmap, and it will arrive governed by this same plane.
The activation toolset

Capture tools that feed the pipeline

When the work starts at a live activation, these are the front ends. Each one lands its captures directly in the governed pipeline above — same isolation, same rights checks, same approvals, same log.

No booth in the plan? Import a back catalog from Box, Drive, or Dropbox instead. The pipeline is the product — the tools are how the moment gets into it.

The platform

Every surface your teams need

Purpose-built for capture-to-delivery — not a generic file store with folders. Anything still in build is marked as such, on this page, before you ask.

Compose StudioTwelve channel variants with per-brand theming and a template-fit heuristic.
Frame-accurate reviewTimecode comments, resolve/reopen, version compare.
Versions & rollbackReview-round history with one-click rollback; spend and placement reporting per asset.
Guest galleriesToken/PIN-gated, brand-themed, rights-aware delivery.
Find My Photos RoadmapFace-grouping so guests find their own moments. Manual face tagging works today; automatic detection is in build.
Watermarking RoadmapPixel-level watermarking on delivered files is in build. Rights protection today is enforced at egress by the download gate.
Export to DAMAdobe AEM or signed webhook, with chain of custody. Further connectors on request.
Agent Connect RoadmapGoverned automation is not shipped in this version and nothing acts on content on its own. When it arrives it will run inside the compliance plane already in production — provenance declaration, Article 50 disclosure, one rights verdict, append-only audit — so adopting it is a decision you make, not a default you inherit.

Built for where experiential is going

WorkFreq is built for how brands measure experiential capture — engagement, shareability, and measurable ROI. Every figure below is sourced to the study it came from, with the year on its face. Where we could not find a primary source, we removed the number rather than repeat it.

Read the sources before you weigh them. We link the studies themselves rather than the roundups that repeat them, and where we could not reach a primary source we removed the number instead of publishing it.
