What we need from you
Scope, deliverables, dates, venue(s), and any brand or legal constraints. If you already have an RFP document, attach it — the form takes files.
What you get back
A proposal with a fixed scope and a number, a production timeline, and the compliance pack. If the scope is not a fit, we will tell you that rather than pad a bid.
Can you meet our insurance requirements?
We carry $5M aviation liability plus general liability, and issue COIs naming your entity on request.
Will you sign our MSA?
Yes — we work under client MSAs routinely, including for financial-services clients.
How long until we get a proposal?
We acknowledge within 24 hours and turn most proposals inside a week, depending on scope.
